This Privacy Policy explains how Printer One: Print & Scan PDF (“Printer One,” “the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the App’s printing, scanning, document, file, photo, contact, and supported cloud-storage features.

We are committed to protecting user privacy and limiting access to information only to what is necessary for features the user chooses to use.

Information and Permissions We Access

The App may request access to certain device information or permissions only when required for a feature selected by the user.

• Photos and Files: Used when you choose photos, PDFs, documents, or other supported files to preview, process, convert, save, share, or print.
• Camera: Used when you choose to scan a physical document using your device camera.
• Contacts: Used only when you choose a contact-related feature, such as selecting contact information and preparing it for printing.
• Local Network: May be used when required to discover or communicate with compatible printers available on your local Wi-Fi network.
• Dropbox: If you choose to connect Dropbox, the App may access files you select so they can be downloaded to your device for supported document or printing functionality.

The App does not access these resources unless the relevant permission is granted or the user initiates the related feature.

Contacts Privacy

Printer One does not upload users’ Contacts to our servers.

Contact information is accessed only after the user grants permission and is used locally on the device for user-initiated functionality.

For example, when a user selects contact information for printing, the App may prepare the selected information locally and pass the printable content to the standard iOS printing interface.

Contact information is not uploaded, stored, synchronized, sold, or maintained in a server-side Contacts database operated by us.

We do not use Contacts information for:

• Advertising
• Marketing
• User profiling
